Bekir Güldüoğlu
Born in Kayseri in 1958, Bekir Güldüoğlu was raised within the commercial tradition of the Güldüoğlu Family, whose roots date back to 1948.
His family entered the food industry in Kayseri with the production of akide candy and confectionery products. From an early age, Bekir Güldüoğlu worked alongside his father, Osman Güldüoğlu, and began his career in production and commerce at a young age. He completed his primary and secondary education in Kayseri and graduated from Kayseri High School in 1976. Although he was admitted to university, he chose to pursue a career in business in line with his goal of expanding the family business and became actively involved in commercial activities.
Beginning his professional career at the family company, Bekir Güldüoğlu has undertaken responsibilities in every stage of the company’s operations, from production and sales to procurement and management processes. In 1985, he took the lead in transforming the family businesses into a joint-stock company structure, thereby initiating the institutionalization process. He contributed to the expansion of industrial investments in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone, which began with the production of jam, halva, tahini, molasses, and cheese.
In 2000, following the incorporation of the Meysu brand into the company, he led the company’s strategic growth process and played an instrumental role in Meysu Gıda’s establishment as one of Türkiye’s leading beverage manufacturers. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meysu Gıda A.Ş. In addition, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gülsan Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., Meybuz Gıda Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and Kebir Gayrimenkul Kiralama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.; and as a Member of the Board of Directors of Fener Enerji Taahhüt İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and Nevbağ Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
In addition to his leadership role in the food and beverage industry, he actively undertakes responsibilities in the management of companies operating in the energy, real estate, and industrial sectors. He has also served in prominent institutional organizations representing the industrial and business community. In previous periods, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone, as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Kayseri Chamber of Industry, and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Kayseri Branch of the Turkish Red Crescent. He currently serves as a Member of the High Advisory Board of the Kayseri Chamber of Industry.
He is married and has four children.

Mehmet Güldüoğlu completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kayseri. In his professional life, he has undertaken important roles, particularly in the food and industrial sectors, and has gained strong experience in management and entrepreneurship.
Güldüoğlu currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Meysu A.Ş. and also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Meybuz Gıda Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Osman Güldüoğlu
He was born in Kayseri in 1978. Osman Güldüoğlu completed his primary and secondary education in Kayseri and completed his high school education at Ufuk High School. In 2002, he graduated from the Department of Accounting and Finance at Bilkent University.
He began his career in 2003 as a Foreign Trade Specialist at Gülsan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and subsequently served as Foreign Trade Manager at Meybuz A.Ş. and Export Manager at MEYSU A.Ş. In 2016, he was appointed General Manager of Meysu A.Ş. and assumed a strategic leadership role in the management of the company’s domestic and international operations.
At the same time, he continues to serve as Member of the Board of Directors at MEYSU A.Ş. As of 2025, he has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fruit Juice Industry Association (MEYED).
In addition, he contributes to industry-related activities as Member of the Board of Directors of Erciyes Organized Industrial Zone, Member of the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Beverages Council, and Member of the Council of Presidents of the Federation of Food and Beverage Industry Associations of Türkiye (TGDF).
Since 2011, he has served as Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic in Kayseri, carrying out activities aimed at strengthening economic, commercial, and cultural relations between the two countries. In this capacity, he contributes to the development of regional cooperation, the promotion of investment opportunities, and the fulfillment of representation responsibilities on diplomatic platforms.
Also active in entrepreneurship and investment, Osman Güldüoğlu was among the founding partners of Kültepe Yatırım A.Ş., established in 2019. Since 2020, he has supported the development of innovative projects and the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem as an Angel Investor at Art Labs, and since 2021, at Promoseed Biyoteknoloji.
He is married and has three children. He speaks English and French.

Birol Ülker Güney
He was born in Ankara in 1970. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education at Mimar Kemal Anatolian High School in Ankara. He is a graduate of the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Gazi University. He received executive education abroad in the fields of Management Information Systems – Senior Executive Program, Strategy, Leadership, Corporate Governance, and Organization. He is currently receiving training in Analytical Thinking and Ethical Leadership as part of the Amsterdam Philosophy Workshop studies.
Between 2002 and 2006, he served as Managing Partner at Mey İçki A.Ş., taking part in operational and commercial management. Following the privatization of Mey İçki A.Ş., he played an active role in the restructuring and corporate transformation process. Between 2006 and 2025, he served as CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Limkon Gıda A.Ş. During the same period, he also served as a Member of the Audit Committee, Member of the Early Detection of Risk Committee, and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee. He managed the strategic transformation process and strengthened the corporate infrastructure. He managed multinational export operations and facilitated entry into new markets. He brought foreign investors to Türkiye. He planned and implemented large-scale production facility investments. He managed organizational restructuring and efficiency projects.
He specializes in exports, international trade, company organization, corporate restructuring, and the implementation of large-scale investments. He has experience in the management of publicly traded companies and in Capital Markets Board (CMB) legislation.
He holds a Certificate of Distinguished Service to the Nation awarded by the Aegean Army Command of the Turkish Armed Forces.
He speaks English and Italian.

Mehmet Kalem
Mehmet KALEM, born in 1968, completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in the İncesu district of Kayseri. He then graduated from the Department of Plant Protection at the Faculty of Agriculture of Ege University in 1990. In 1991, he started his career as an Agricultural Engineer at Konya Beet Cooperative and moved to Konya Şeker Fabrikası A.Ş. in 1993. At this institution, he served successively as Assistant Chief, Regional Chief, Regional Manager, and Regional Agricultural Manager, and subsequently served as Deputy General Manager responsible for the Agricultural Department. During his tenure in this position, he served on the committees responsible for the establishment, construction, and opening of the Çumra Sugar Factory. He left his position there at the end of December 2012.
He joined Şekerbank T.A.Ş. in August 2013. At this institution, he successively served as Head of the Agricultural Department of the Mediterranean Region, Head of the Agricultural Department of the Central Anatolia Region, and Branch Manager. He retired in March 2023.
Between November 2024 and April 2025, he served successively as Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Şeker Sigorta A.Ş.
Mr. KALEM, who is married and has 3 children, also served successively as President of the Konya Şekerspor Club and Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of Kayserispor.
