The company went public in January 2026. On 16 April 2026, the company was accepted into the TURQUALITY BRAND PROGRAM.

The installation of the new machinery at the Kayseri İncesu Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) has been completed. Approval for the initial public offering (IPO) was obtained in December 2025.

Gülsan Gıda A.Ş. began using the MEYSU brand under sublicence agreements and commenced production, marketing and sales activities under the Meysu brands. The company also initiated an investment project for the construction of a factory in the Kayseriosb neighbourhood. (Meysu Meyvesuyu ve Gıda Sanayi A.Ş., established in 1968 by other companies and individuals, was declared bankrupt by a court decision on 15 July 1998. Bankruptcy proceedings were ordered to commence, and the phrase “In Liquidation – Bankrupt” was added to the beginning of its trade name. At the auction held by the Kayseri 4th Enforcement and Bankruptcy Directorate on 16 August 2004, Gülsan Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., together with another buyer, submitted the highest bid and acquired the factory building and land located in the Kocasinan district of Kayseri, which were registered in the name of the bankrupt Meysu Meyvesuyu. Subsequently, on 1 February 2007, Gülsan Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., as the highest bidder at the compulsory auction conducted by the Kayseri 4th Enforcement and Bankruptcy Directorate, acquired sole ownership of the 11 Meysu trademarks registered with the Turkish Patent Institute in the name of the bankrupt Meysu Meyvesuyu and holding well-known trademark status. Through this acquisition, Gülsan Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. became the owner of all rights to the Meysu trademarks. Apart from these transactions, our companies have no legal, economic or commercial ties or relationships with the bankrupt Meysu Meyvesuyu ve Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. or any third parties associated with it. The bankruptcy proceedings concerning Meysu Meyvesuyu ve Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. remain ongoing under the administration of the Kayseri 4th Enforcement and Bankruptcy Directorate.)
